They are considered out-of-order sessions and can occupy out time between sessions, or during lunch ...
IMPORTANT! Many activities are pending suggestions, which means they are awaiting participants to be launched (either at the camp or beforehand). That means that if you want a project to actually take place - add yourself to the participants list to indicate your interest. PLEASE BE ACTIVE, NOT PASSIVE!

Burn my CD!
Have you burned a CD in a Microwave?!
During the GeekCon weekend, we will find out what really happens to a CD in a microwave, and search for the optimal conditions to properly cook a CD/DVD in a microwave:
- What is the optimal power and cooking duration?
- Cooling in water tank or simply on dish?
- What is you preference – CD or DVD? Anybody LaserDisk?
- Type of CD (RW/R/ROM), and the dye type (Cyanine, PthaloCyanine, AZO, etc.)
- Are there different patterns for blank CDs and burned CDs?
You are welcome to bring any type of CD from your collection, and help in this important research!

After the UGD, we will have a UGP - a user-generated party. Bring your iPods, hard drives, play lists or even verbal requests of the best music which makes you move and groove, and we'll string them together to an all-night dance set.

Please bring a Projector and a DVD playing device :-) It took me more then a month to get it so if it would have been faster i could guess that Ilan will cancel geekcon but now it's too late Yariv Nachshon
